Strategy knows the engineering
Our consultants have built the systems they recommend. Recommendations are constrained by what can actually be engineered and operated.

Most transformation programmes fail at the handover. Cyberwisdom delivers strategy, operating model, engineering and adoption as one engagement — because that is the only way the pieces stay consistent.
Cyberwisdom Group delivers enterprise AI transformation through four connected phases: Diagnose, Design, Engineer and Embed. Diagnose establishes where AI creates measurable business value and where the organisation is genuinely ready to move. Design defines the target operating model — who does what, with which agent, under which controls, and on what evidence. Engineer builds it: context, ontology, agents, integrations, evaluation and governance. Embed rolls it out, builds the capability to run it, measures the outcome and keeps improving it against evidence. The approach combines the group's enterprise AI consulting, organisational transformation, AI engineering and learning and capability development practices in a single engagement.
Phases overlap deliberately. A design that has not been pressure-tested by engineering is a document, and a deployment without adoption is a cost.
Where AI can create meaningful business value, what is blocking it, what the data and knowledge situation really is, and where the organisation is ready to move. Delivered as a decision-grade view, not a survey.
The target operating model: work allocation across humans, agents and human-AI teams; the decisions and escalation points; the governance classification and the controls each use case requires.
Build it and prove it. Context, ontology, agents, integration, evaluation harness, guardrails, observability — validated against real, permissioned cases before it touches production.
Roll out, train, communicate, measure and iterate. The objective is that the organisation can run and improve the system without us, and that the business case is visible in the numbers.
Strategy that does not survive engineering, engineering that does not survive operations, and operations that do not survive adoption. We remove the seams.
Our consultants have built the systems they recommend. Recommendations are constrained by what can actually be engineered and operated.
Design decisions are made against real adoption behaviour and real regulatory constraints, not theoretical workflows.
Our learning practice is inside the engagement. The organisation is trained to run and improve what we build, rather than depending on us indefinitely.
Instrumentation is designed during Diagnose, so the business case is demonstrable rather than asserted at the end.
A fixed-scope assessment producing a prioritised opportunity portfolio, a readiness map across data, knowledge, organisation and governance, and a sequenced roadmap with the business case. Standalone, and frequently the most useful thing we do.
End-to-end delivery of one priority use case, from operating model design through engineering, governance, rollout and measurement. The fastest route to a defensible first win.
A multi-use-case programme with the group's platform, ontology and context foundations established once and reused across the portfolio, with the organisation's own capability built alongside.
AI programmes attract optimism and, occasionally, overclaiming. These are the controls we hold ourselves to.
